Hurricane Season 2019 is here and it is time to prepare and share! Every year residents of South Florida face hurricane season from June 1 through November 30. Planning and preparing can make a big difference in staying safe in the wake of a hurricane.

United Way's comprehensive Hurricane Resource Center has what you need to get started and it’s easy to spread the word to your friends, family and colleagues.
The SW ground walkway was lifting which we recently had repaired. It turns out, that it was a large root from a nearby tree growing under the cement and lifting the walkway. The root was removed and new concrete laid to make a new walkway.

WE JUST HAD THE STAIRWELLS CLEANED. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SPITTING, LITTERING & SMOKING IN THE STAIRWELLS.
ALSO, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR PROXIMITY TO THE WALLS WHEN MANEUVERING THE STAIRWELLS. WE HAD DIRTY HAND STAINS, BICYCLE TIRE MARKS, LIQUID STAINS ON THE WALLS.

ALL VEHICLES THAT PARK ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING MUST BE RELOCATED AWAY FROM THESE PARKING SPACES & THE BUILDING BY 8 AM.
