(the door will need to be open).
If you are not planning on being home on Saturday

Please be advised that the east side residents can now park in their parking spots - the work on the east side has been completed.
North side vehicles - Tomorrow & Thursday (April 12th & 13th). Please DO NOT park any vehicles on the north side between 8am - 4pm. They will be spray painting the breeze ways. If you will be home during that time please park your vehicles in either the north or west field.

The exterior of the building will be power-washed in preparation for the new paint
that will commence on Monday April 3rd, 2017.
**IMPORTANT - All vehicles parked on the east side of the building
MUST be moved by 11AM tomorrow morning.
(You can park in either the north or west fields)
No action is required from the north & west vehicles at this time.
We will email you all when you can return your vehicles.

All plants must be removed from the catwalks until further notice.
We will be sending you day to day updates of when we will need you
to remove your patio furniture.
